Sunsets and swimming in Minca

Careful forethought meant three days of relaxation and recovery following our arduous trek. And what better place than magical Minca, a tiny gem of a town high up in the hills looking down to the Caribbean. We didn't do much here other than eat excellent food (courtesy of the alternatives from Europe who have set up house here - so, French pastries and surprisingly good pizza), swim in the river, and laze by the pool. And, of course, enjoy some spectacular sunsets. No luck spotting any toucans on my morning walks through the jungle, but I did spy a howler monkey and some beautiful hummingbirds (both too fast for my camera, though!).
